All about Taylor….
Taylor is a firm believer that “Life is not measured by how long you live, but by how many lives you change.” Her mission is to use her platform, Living a Healthy and Active Lifestyle, to encourage children and families to make healthy lifestyle choices. As an undergraduate, she was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism, which opened her eyes to the importance of prioritizing mental health as well as physical and nutritional. Despite obstacles, Taylor was fortunate to become the top short sprinter in the A10 conference in 6 events her senior year. In 2019, Taylor earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in dance from George Mason University. She continued her education at GMU, earning her Master’s degree in Special Education with a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020. Taylor is the reigning Miss Cosmos International 2023. She wears many hats as she is a business owner, author of ‘Healthy Heroes Cookbook,’ motivational speaker, model, certified fitness instructor and behavior change specialist. Taylor takes pride in her nutrition curriculum ‘Fueled Up!’ for school-aged students. Taylor serves as a mentor for teen girls and mental support group leader as a Certified Mental Health First Aider. Professionally, Taylor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst candidate, currently as a Behavior Therapist in Maryland.
